Always one of our favorite go to spots for date night. Beer garden is nice with live music. Inside bar is always a good time. Burgers, chicken, fish and chips... all fantastic!

Lucca continues be a solid pick for good food and music in town. I always gotta visit Lucca every now and then. I think it's amazing that they have the beer garden now. If it's cold theres even heat lamps outside! Much needed for someone like me he is always cold. But what's the next best thing to warm you up? An alcoholic beverage and a bowl of chili. If you haven't had the chili, I definitely think you should try it the next time. It was so good that I'm thinking of trying a chili dog the next time im here and Im pretty picky about chili. Potato fans will also enjoy the Baked Potato. It comes fully loaded and with Beer Cheese. The one thing that was just ok to me were the Ribs. I love my ribs to be super saucey but I also like for them to be flavorful without. They tasted like they weren't really seasoned at all. But the texture was good though. The meat fell off the bone which I was at least thankful for. The Ribs weren't bad by any means. I just feel like they needed a pinch more salt and pepper at the very least. Aside from that one hiccup, I always have a good time here. Lucca continues to be in our rotation for favorite bars in town.

Thank you Lucca for bringing back your famous steak fries! They absolutely make the meal worthwhile! As long as they're on the menu, I'll always be coming back for more!

I stopped by here for the first time during a Lagunitas event and there was also live band! There were lots of people seated outside enjoying the music. Definitely great vibes! I ordered the burger w/ fries and it was really good. The fish and chips looked really good too (and you can order it half or full). Our server was really good about checking in with us too. So if you're ever in downtown Benicia this will be a good place to pop into for a bite to eat. I would like to go back again soon!

Our server Maggie was awesome. We came here to watch our friend play in a band so we sat outside on a Saturday afternoon. Maggie was very friendly and attentive. The food was really good. We started with Bloody Marys and then my friends later tried other cocktails and they said the Blackhole Sun and Eiffel 65 were yummy. For food, we shared the Caesar with Salmon, Chicken Wings, Shrimp Skewers, Pretzel, Fish & Chips, full rack of Ribs. We were pleasantly surprised that their bar food was so good. The Shrimp were really tasty. I highly recommend them. My son liked the Pretzel and Beer Cheese that it came with. I don't think you can go wrong with their food.

My family frequents Luccas so I've been here a handful of times. On our last visit we decided to sit outside because we brought the pups with us. My dad called ahead and reserved the table he wanted with no issues. Other seating options are available inside to include a front seating area and there is also a back seating area next to the bar. In the back near the bar there is loud music playing if that's your vibe. We ordered Brussels sprouts and garlic bread as our appetizers. Two of my family members order margaritas using different types of liquor and I went with a mezcal cocktail called- smoke on the water. All of the margaritas that I tried were not that good and I do not recommend. As for my cocktail it was balanced with a slight kick of heat. As for food I went with the spicy chicken sandwich with a side of fries for $17. The size of my sandwich was perfect as it was not too big and the portion of bread to chicken was appropriate. I didn't end up finishing my meal and it lasted just fine in the refrigerator for left overs. The location of luccas is on Main Street so parking can be limited and you may need to circle the block a few times before finding parking and/or walk a few blocks.

I have been wanting to try this place for awhile now and I am so glad I was able to cross it off my list. I'd rather the food 4/5 and service around 3.5/5. Let's get to it. My cousin and niece came in and we decided to sit outdoors (amazing). We were greeted promptly and served beverages shortly after. There was live music a few feet away and the sun had moved slightly so we were sitting in the shadow of the building - which I believe the live music was from their garden. We ordered (1) appetizer and (3) mains. The mains came out before the appetizer but not by a long shot. The food was good. We ordered deviled eggs (which my niece coined as double eggs), salmon tacos and fish and chips, and from the kids menu - butter and cheese pasta. All great, but I think the deviled eggs lacked a bit of depth with the flavor, nonetheless, I would still come back to try a few other items on the menu. We asked for the check as the breeze was getting brisk and waited. 5 minutes...10 minutes...the team would be walking back and forth from the garden to the bar and we waited. Eventually after 20 minutes we decided to go in and grab the check as my niece was getting restless - hence the 3.5 for service. I didn't get my water refilled as well. Would I come back? Yeah, but I think I'll sit inside next time.

The music - the food- is good there is an Inside menu and an outside menu / you can't go wrong either way. I'm happy here- it's very friendly for me since I have issues walking . Plea Ty of high top tables- and the music is usually pretty good with live bands. You will be happy here
